and design you need? Don't have the time to do it yourself? Our
Build-to-Suit model may be the perfect solution for your particular
scenario. From land acquisition through all development stages, we will
be your dedicated liaison until we hand you the keys to your new
building. In some instances, we may already have the necessary land and
entitlements to complete your project and deliver your new building in
six months or
less. If you don't have the time but you have the design, give us a call
and lets Build-to-Suit.
Investment Package:
If you're looking
for an investment, commercial real estate might be a great idea,
especially in California. They don't call it the "Golden State" for
nothing. Managing real estate, especially like the small industrial units
that we offer is not that complicated of a task. Once you have a
maintenance team lined up and a good accountant to help you work the
numbers, you should feel comfortable managing the property. You can
however employ a management team to run it for you, for a fee. This is a
service we might offer in the future. Interested, let us pre-package a
new or existing building for you with a tenant already in place and then
you can manage the property and watch your investment grow.

SPEC Buildings:
Spec or Speculative buildings are mostly
developed by us in-house. In this model, we will enter into a market
place and develop a Spec Building with speculations that its design and
concept will satisfy a tenant or buyer or both. Spec Buildings are
fairly simple and are usually delivered in shell condition.
